TECHNOLOGY

The HIGH TORQUE ROTOR PISTON MACHINE (HITRPM) design uses a completely different kinematic scheme, which allows to combine the principles of a two-stroke engine (operating on a ONE-TO-OFF cycle!!!) and a rotary engine without the use of valves and camshafts!!!! The design differences allow the HITRPM engine to gain advantages over all other types of engines, including rotary engines.
This design combines all the principles of these types, it has both the rotation of the rotor and the reciprocating movements of the pistons within it and simultaneously with it.

This makes it possible:
• To get high power at low engine speeds!
• A high torque due to the design of the engine.
• There are no complicated and very expensive parts in this engine,
• It has small dimension and weight
• Is repairable.

OF A NEW TYPE
HITRPM is a rotary piston engine (not a Wankel) EXTERNAL combustion of a unique design This makes it possible:

  • A LARGE torque due to the design of the engine.

HIGH EFFICIENCY
For the steam power generation HITRPM:
  • Uses saturated steam of low pressure (from 3 to 12 atm) as a working body.
  • Steam consumption per 1 mW of electric power is NOT MORE THAN 3 TONS!!!
  • The possibility of generating on the same equipmentelectricity in the range of 400 - 3200 kW depending on the steam pressure in the range of 2 - 10 bar, respectively
GENERATION AT UNSTABLE STEAM PRESSURE
Practical application has shown that the system can generate 3 MW at a steam pressure of 10 bar and 600 kW when the steam pressure drop down to 3 bar without interrupting the generation.
This significantly expands the scope of the system
WIDE SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The high efficiency of the RPM operation when changing the steam pressure significantly expands the possibilities of using this system with high efficiency in various power generation systems.

SMALL SIZE AND HIGH CAPACITY
The unique design of the HITRPM allows you to create a turbine with a nominal power of 3 MW with dimensions of only 1.6 x 1 x 1 m and a weight of only 2 tons!!
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
We are focused on three areas of the energy industry where we see our best performance
We aim to expand the power generation capabilities of industrial and agricultural producers by providing them with the ability to generate their own power from biomass due to HITRPM.
We are confident that the ability to generate electricity at low temperatures and steam pressures provided by the use of HITRPM will significantly increase the efficiency of geothermal generation projects.
The mini-HITRPM can generates power using excess gas pressure, so nothing is burned or vented, and no CO2 or methane is released
